CALGARY AB, September 14, 2001 - Don Romaniuk, chair of the board of directors, Cell-Loc Inc. today announced the resignation of board member Tom Saunders.
"We would like to thank Mr. Saunders for the many contributions that he has made to Cell-Loc over the years," said Don Romaniuk. "Mr. Saunders has increased his business and travel commitments outside of Cell-Loc and we wish him well in those endeavours."
Tom Saunders joined the Cell-Loc board of directors in 1996.
