CALGARY AB, September 17, 2001 - Dr. Michel Fattouche, president & CEO of Cell-Loc Inc. (TSE: CLQ) today announced the resignation of Jim Hill, chief financial officer.
"We appreciate Mr. Hill's contributions to Cell-Loc and we would like to thank him for his efforts," said Dr. Fattouche. "Mr. Hill is now in a position to pursue other opportunities and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
Mr. Hill's duties will be assumed by current management including Cell-Loc's controller. Mr. Hill was appointed chief financial officer in December 2000.
