Mr. Bohn is a senior vice-president with PG&E Energy Trading, Canada Corporation, and a director of IQ2 Power Corp., the parent company of IQ2 Communications Corp. In his current position he is responsible for all trading operations and business development. Before joining PG&E in 1995, Mr. Bohn held senior positions in the marketing and international development departments at Gulf Canada Resources Limited.

Mr. Reid, Cell-Loc's executive vice president, corporate and business development, has 20 years of business experience having held several senior management positions with executive responsibilities primarily in the resource sector. In these roles, he focused on marketing and corporate development for commercial products and was responsible for negotiating complex transactions, often in an international environment. Most recently he was vice president of marketing for Norcen Energy Resources. Mr. Reid holds a masters in business administration and a bachelor of arts in economics.
