"As was the case before, we consider this to be completely without merit and yet another attempt to find justification for its own performance prior to its annual general meeting scheduled for next Tuesday. If in fact we are ever formally served with this action, we intend to vigorously defend ourselves while considering our own legal remedies in the face of a misguided public relations strategy designed to allege facts by installment."

Should Cell-Loc be formally served with the action, the company intends to immediately file documents in British Columbia to have the lawsuit stayed in British Columbia and moved to Alberta where it would be the company's further intention to have the case struck as being frivolous.
