Cell-Loc Location Technologies announces closing of private placement 

Calgary, AB, June 9, 2004 – Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: LTI) ("CLTI" or the "Company") today announced the closing of the previously announced non-brokered private placement with an insider. The transaction involved 790,000 common shares priced at $0.19 per share for gross proceeds of $150,100. The shares are subject to a statutory four-month hold period which expires on September 11, 2004.
