Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. Announces

Its First Stolen Vehicle Recovery in São Paulo

Calgary, AB, July 26, 2006– Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: LTI), today announced its first vehicle recovery operation has been successfully completed in São Paulo. This was the first reported stolen vehicle since Cell-Loc commenced its commercial operations earlier this month.

Earlier this week, a Volkswagen Gol was identified as missing from a residential area in the city of São Paulo. Fortunately, the owner’s insurance company, Itaú Seguros, had recently offered her a vehicle recovery service and four weeks ago, the vehicle was equipped with Cell-Loc’s Beacon. After notifying the call center of the theft, the security company was able to locate the vehicle in real-time using Cell-Loc’s wireless location technology. The vehicle was then shut down using the two-way communication capabilities of the Beacon and a recovery team was dispatched to recover the vehicle. Once the vehicle was secured, police were notified, and the car was returned to the satisfied customer. The entire recovery process took just over one hour.

This initial success demonstrates the capabilities of Cell-Loc’s technology. Real-time location combined with the ability to block (shut down) a vehicle, resulted in its speedy recovery. This incident also displays the Company’s ability to obtain deep market penetration through its service, which is believed to be the lowest cost in the marketplace. This is particularly important in São Paulo where the incidence of stolen vehicles is extremely high and potential customers are unable to afford more expensive devices. The VW Gol has a market price of under $7,500, making it impractical to utilize any other stolen vehicle security service.

Cell-Loc believes that the successful deployment of its wireless technology in a city such as São Paulo positions it as an emerging leader in the wireless location market.
